There are two distinct fees in your participation journey: one to enter and be considered, and one that confirmed winners may order afterwards. Knowing the difference up front keeps everything transparent.
Paying never guarantees winning. Every result is decided by the independent jury on merit. Fees cover participation, administration and winner materials — never the outcome.

Full transparency: nomination fees are non-refundable and valid for the same-year program only. Winner packages are entirely optional and only relevant once you have been confirmed as a winner.

Award credits are valid only for the same-year award program; they are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be carried forward.

- Fees cover participation only and do not guarantee winning.
- Selection is merit-based and made by an independent jury.
- Award credits are valid for the same-year program only.
- Nomination fees are non-refundable.
- Nominations are non-transferable.
- No carry-forward of credits to a future year.
- The organiser may verify any information submitted.
- False or misleading information leads to disqualification.
- Logo and name usage must follow our branding guidelines.
- Winner-logo usage requires confirmed status and Winner Package approval.

- Ordering a package does not influence selection.
- There is a 10-day ordering window from the announcement.
- One award title equals one Winner Package.
- One package per program.
- Multiple categories in one program need only one package (e.g. if a company wins at the International Travel Awards in three categories, only one Winner Package is required for the International Travel Awards).
- One physical item of each type is included per package.
- Extra physical items are available at additional cost.
- Materials are personalised with name, category and year.
- Title, logo and branding rights apply once ordered and approved.
- If not ordered, all winner references must be removed within 15 days.
